Once you identify the pool of candidates you will be inviting to interviews, work with your Committee Panel to select interview questions from our Interview Question Database. This document also provides a fillable interview template guide.
You and the hiring committee will be reviewing candidate’s hard skills and soft skills as they relate to the KSAs in the job description. During this process, you can also take into consideration UC-related and preferred skills. Please ensure that you maintain the same evaluation for all candidates so that there is strong consistency in your assessment process.
