DFA Business Office supports the Division of Finance & Administration by providing subject matter expertise for the following areas.

DFA Computer Equipment Management
DFA Equipment Committee supports DFA in meeting the inventory tracking requirements of IT resources/equipment per the UCOP electronic information security policy (section 8.1.1 – inventory of assets).
KSAMS Requests
KSAMS Access Requests: DFA employees may submit their add/remove requests directly in KSAMS.
Payroll
DFA Business Office manages the submittal of all employee timesheets to the Payroll System and all payroll-related transactions
