DFA-IT supports the information technology and project management needs of the UCI Division of Finance and Administration. We strive to improve business process efficiency and effectiveness through optimized delivery and use of technology. We provide IT portfolio, project, and product management services while maintaining information security.

• Provide support for prioritization and approval of new projects in the DFA-IT project portfolio
• Implement and execute best in class project management services for major IT projects for, by, or through DFA
• Provide technical leadership and advanced product management services for DFA collaboration and communication tools
• Coordinate general technology and information security tasks for DFA
